Registration Information:
All money amounts are in U.S. dollars. Tournament dates are July 13-17, 2005. To enter the tournament, you must include a check or money order in the amount of $3,000 with this form. If you register in Bermuda, you must pay with a cashier's check, travelers check, or money order in U.S. dollars or Bermuda dollars during the final registration day. July 13, 2005. There are also optional jackpots. Your team is eligible to win only for the particular jackpot(s) in which you are entered. All winnings are disbursed the day following the awards banquet. Make checks payable to World Sports and Marketing LLC.
Payments by Mail:
Personal checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. currency. All money orders and cashier's checks must also be in U.S. dollars. Payments by mail must be received by 7/7/05.
Payments On-Site:
Only cash, money orders, cashier's checks, or traveler's checks in U.S. or Bermuda currency will be accepted. No personal checks can be accepted on-site.

It is expressly understood that all participants in the tournament enter at their own risk. By registering as an angler, crew, passenger, or observer in this tournament, the angler, crew, passenger, or observer holds harmless the Bermuda Big Game Classic, the committee, officers, sponsors, donors and all persons connected with the tournament from any libel, slander, loss, damage, negligence, harm, injury, or death suffered by any participant, entrant, angler, or passenger, their companions, crew, family members, observers, vessels and equipment which may occur during or in conjunction with the
tournament. By registering in the Bermuda Big Game Classic, each angler consents to the use of, without payment or restriction, any photograph, video, TV, or sound bite in which he or she appears for any purpose whatsoever.
