Wow, what a day for Ocean Yachts as their single boat in the Marlin Magazine Manufacturer's Cup, On Ice, tallied 3 blue marlin releases to take the lead going into day 3. The fishing remained hot as 14 boats representing the 8 boat builders caught 21 of the 30 marlin caught during the day's action. Hatteras with the 65 foot Grander, and Briggs with Allan DeSilva's De Mako, kept things close with each scoring 2 blue marlin releases. The day was highlighted with Briggs's beautiful 58' Smooth Operator scoring 797 points for a nice blue caught by lady angler, Rebecca Hawn. 

 

One day remains as a fish or two will alter the standings greatly. The Cup is certainly up for grabs!
