Event Location: The Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel. Weigh-ins at the Barrs Bay Park Waterfront
 

• July 7 — Final registration, captains meeting and kickoff party from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess Hotel Harbourview Ballroom. Captains meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m.

• July 8 — 6:30a.m. boat parade off of The Hamilton Princess dock. Boats are encouraged to decorate their outriggers with flags and banners. All boats to line up behind lead boat at 6:45 a.m. and start a slow parade to Two Rock Passage. Once the lead boat goes through the passage, boats can throttle up. Fishing day: 8 a.m. start, 4 p.m. lines out. Open Bacardi Bar at weigh station starting at 4 p.m.

• July 9 — Fishing day: 8 a.m. start, 4 p.m. lines out. Open Bacardi Bar at weigh station starting at 4 p.m. 6:30 pm. Private tournament party at the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club till the food and Bacardi runs out.

• July 10 — Fishing day: 8 a.m. start, 4 p.m. lines out. Open Bacardi Bar at weigh station starting at 4 p.m.

• July 11 — 4 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., Bacardi cocktail reception at Bacardi International Building. Awards Banquet will be held at 6 p.m. at The Fairmont Hamilton Princess Harbourview Ballroom. A 10-year anniversary celebration featuring a live band will follow the awards banquet and take place in the courtyard of the Fairmont Hamilton Princess.
